Driving Research Excellence In Nepal
Launched in 2021, the Research Center, Invention and Innovation Center (RC-II) at Gandaki University serves as the cornerstone of academic research in Nepal's first provincial university.We actively promote research initiatives among students and faculty members by offering research grants, fostering collaborations with national and international institutions, and simplifying grant administration. Our goal is to catalyze research, innovation, and economic development on local, national, and global fronts.

About the Grant Program
Gandaki University, established in 2019 as the first provincial university of Nepal, is committed to producing highly skilled graduates through research-based education. The Research Center, Invention and Innovation Center (RC-II) offers small grants to faculty members to conduct relevant research that benefits students and addresses burning problems through action-oriented investigation. The grant supports research that complies with GU's vision and mission while falling within broader national interests. All proposals undergo rigorous peer review by qualified reviewers with PhD degrees or extensive publication records.
